Facility Service and Support for Events:
Attend and manage the auditorium facility for CPPS performance events including, but not limited to: CPHS and MCMS band, choir, theater performances, CPPS elementary school musical performances, CPHS award events, CPPS professional development trainings.
- Facility schedule oversight in collaboration with district facility scheduling personnel and software (MLSchedules)
- Ensure accessibility and readiness of the auditorium for all events.
- Manage the setup and teardown of bleachers.
- Set up and provide podium as needed.
- Oversee the setup and operation of audio/visual equipment.
- Ensure the availability and functionality of microphones and stands.
- Operate and maintain the projector.
- Manage the sound box for music and AV sound.
- Program and control pre-set lighting configurations.
Equipment Inventory & Security:
- Maintain an inventory of all auditorium equipment.
- Ensure the security and proper storage of all equipment.
- Communication and partnership with CPHS administration on facility maintenance needs
Operation:
- Provide accessibility for basic sound and lighting equipment
****Contracted personnel required for full sound board and lighting operation for all groups.
